How To Schedule Please make requests for speakers at least three weeks in advance. Presentations can be tailored to range from 15 to 45 minutes. Contact the person directly to make arrangements for topics of interest to your organization. We also register eligible patrons for the Talking Books Program through the Northern Kentucky Talking Book Library. In addition, the Outreach Department coordinates the Book Buddy Program, which provides volunteer opportunities for those willing to give 4 hours a month helping others gain access to library materials. Teens who complete the Summer Reading program by reading 30 hours can attend an overnight lock-in & party, plus enter drawings for mini laptop, flip camera and more! Starts 8 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at Newport Branch.
